Sample of my Work
This demonstrates the four phases I provide as a service, I have used is to share my skills but also did not want to reveal current teams tactics. The match tagged is the 2021All-Ireland Football U20 Championship, the playlist I prepared for Kilkee mens football team. The statistics and match report example is based off the opposition analysis for the Kerry U20 leading to the semi-final of the Munster Championship.

Match Tagging
Match tagging is when I gather data based off a teams Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for eample Kickouts, Shots or Turnovers. Teams can have different objectives so I highlight those areas. I breakdown the match tagging by describing what happened for example if a (KPI) is Turnovers I can determine wheather your team regained possession or lost possession (Team A regained possession), breakdown on location (Defensive, Middle or Attacking zone), who did it (7- John O'Neill) and how did it happen (unforced error).
Playlist with animations
A playlist is a collection of clips that highlight the same area. This is very useful for managers who have limited time or only want to see the key highlights of the game. Also, it an easy way to show examples to the team what they have done well or not so well in a specific area. For example 1 playlist can contain 4 clips of when your team won the opposition kickouts or lost your own kickouts. I can make a seperate playlists based of what management want to see.

Statistics
I use the tags collected from the match to formulate the statistics produced in a match. I use excel to gather the data and to create the charts. I use a variety of charts to display the data, I use the ones that are easiest to read based off the data collected. This can be shared through an online spreadsheet or I can send a word document over. I can breakdown the information as a collective and or individual performance bases.

Match Videod:
Games are recorded in a way that is optimal for performance analysis. Close enough to see the individual handling areas while being able to see the scope of the pitch. A sony α6000 is used to record games while being supported witha tripod. Michael is the head videographer who has a degree and experince relative in this field.
Statistics
I digitally log the stats through the use of an ipad. The information instantly saves onto the app so coaches can review the information at half time. I send on a copy or make a spreedsheet of the results and send the data through email.
